If you suffer from a sore lower back, this harness keeps the weight up around your shoulders. It includes a 1.8m waist rubber weight belt & 9.5kgs or 7.5kg of weights. More weights are able to be added along the front of the rubber belt.
The sizing of the harness is adjustable and suitable for somewhere wearing a size 4XL, 5XL & 6XL wetsuit
